question about incentive trip

1) Attractiveness of destination. If it's too common place like Bangkok, people may have been there many times by themselves, therefore it will be less attractive for motivating people for working hard.
2) Sense of Luxury- let people feel that they are prestige. e.g. choice of resort, air ticket class, Benz pickup...etc
3) food variety
4) Public hygiene
5) Transportation (Direct flight, connecting flight), length of travel vs length of trip?
