擔保老公小朋友到加拿大一問

本人已經係加拿大公民,入左藉.
打算申請老公及bb(香港出世)到加拿大,

1.請問手續係咪好繁複?大約幾耐?

2.我知bb可以跟我自動入藉.
申請時老公同bb係咪一齊申請?

3.我係咪要有收入先可以擔保佢地?

4..係申請過程中老公可唔可以係加拿大打工?定係要等一段時間先可以做工?

1. if you good in English, filing should be no problem. otherwise, you need to hire a lawyer for help.
2. your baby needs to apply the Canada passport only. no immigration application, but your husband needed.
3. yes, you need income to surport the family ( 3 people ), but if you have lot of money in the bank ( cash ). you will be ok.
4. he can not work because he have to wait for the visa in HK. the proccessing time is over 8 months.
