第一集封面
之所以會選擇蘋果的原因是
在聖經的創世紀篇裡有提到
蘋果是善惡樹上禁忌的果實
象徵Bella&Edward人類與吸血鬼禁忌的愛戀
在書本的一開始就有引用創世紀2:17的內容
同時也代表貝拉如何分辨善惡
是要選擇吃下那顆禁忌的果實(Edward)
或者不吃 (遠離Edward)
Twilight蘋果版開頭引用Genesis 2:17
英文:
But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil,

for in the day that thou eatest thereof
thou shalt surely die.
中文:
只是分別善惡樹上的果子
你不可以吃

蘋果版封面英文解釋：

第二集書名：
The title refers to the darkest phase of the lunar cycle, indicating that New Moon is about the darkest time of Bella's life.

第四集書名：
The title, Breaking Dawn, is a reference to the beginning of Bella's life as a vampire.

書名意思只有這兩集的
