什麼是 DEFERRED LC

DEFERRED LC 是指有數期的 L/C. 即使你的文件沒有不符點, 也要等到期日銀行才付款.

AT 60 DAYS AFTER B/L ON BOARD DATE 是提單船開日期後60天為付款日．ON BOARD DATE 當日不計，如船開２月１２日，則２月１３日為第一日，數到第 60日．

It means : -
1. LC does not call for draft.
2. Payment of LC will be effected at 60 days after on board date (provided compliant documents presented)
3. only deferred payment bank can finance the documents (not negotiation). Usually, LC would state deferred payment at 60 days after BL on board by xxx bank(eg LC issuing bank). Means only LC issuing bank can finance the bills, no authorization has been given to any other bank.

that means 60days after the shipment on board date, the bank will pay the money into your business bank account.
