解：中文謂 死、死於
用法：一定在代詞 (Pronoun) 或名詞 (noun) 之後
如： He died of a heart attack 在代詞 (Pronoun) 之後
John died when he was forty years old 名詞 (noun) 之後
Dead
解：中文謂 己死亡
用法 ： 在代詞 (Pronoun) 之前， 或動詞 (verb) 之後。永不在代詞之後，這就不會用錯。
如：Police found a dead body in the park last night 代詞 (Pronoun) 之前
The bandit was shot dead on the spot by police 動詞 (verb) 之後
This man is dead 動詞 (verb) 之後

Dead:可以作名或形容詞
名詞例子:
There is a dead in the room
意思:房間內有一個死者

形容詞例子:
It is a dead volcano
