Outlook express Spell check

As I used the spell check on the outlook, it looks the language defaulted is France, not English. I tried to change the configure from France to English by clicking option – spell check menu , but I could not find out any language but France at the pop down menu , please help to advise how I can do if I would change the defaulted language to English . Thanks.
