here's a boutique hotel which i stayed b4 was v nice & convenience. just 2 mins walk to TST mtr.
n re: ur choices.... butterfly on prat is newly renovated w/ small rm but convenience. actually it's just a block away fr the minden.
no BP as v old / smelly & almost a hostel.
royal pacific is kinda ok & linked w/ the largest mall in TST. can try

Generally Hong Kong 4-Star hotel is not bad. You can consider the
location, room size, price rate as well.
