hi all.. whats good to eat after an operation of removing 子宮瘤? as my mum is having it done.. i want to cook her something after her operation..
please help

蛋白質 <==奶, 豆類, 肉, 佢食得邊樣就食邊樣la

維他命e <==cold press冷壓橄欖油, 撈下沙律比佢食

以上兩種營養係用黎for傷口埋口

胡蘿蔔素 <==紅蘿蔔汁係最方便快節

胡蘿蔔係for黏膜組織o既修護, 陰道子宫全部都係黏膜組織

維他命c <==奇異果, 橙, 提子

維c for增加抵抗力

鐵質 <==波菜, 紅色蔬菜

鐵質for做血, 做完手術流左好多血, 補補佢

維他命b雜 <==糙米飯

維b係造血o既工人

鈣+鎂 <==深綠色菜葉

鈣係天然止痛劑, 鎂係天然鎮靜劑. 兩者夾埋先發揮到功效
