Q: When the tree fell, it create sound wave. So, where did the energy that prouduced the sound waves come from, and where does the energy go?
When the tree fell down, it gained kinetic energy from the loss of potential energy. It stroke the ground, causing vigorous vibration of the tree trunk ( and sometimes the ground as well). The mechanical vibration of the tree trunk further caused the surrounding air to vibrate. This is the sound heard from the falling tree.
The sound so produced hit other objects, part of the sound energy was absorbed by the object and part reflected by it. The reflected sound energy further hit other objects until all energy was dissipated.

Q: when the fallen tree glow, what kind of energy it give off?
When the fallen tree glows again, it absorbs sunlight (light energy), and through the process of photosynthesis (光合作用) and a chain of biological/chemical processes, more tree cells (i.e. mass) are produced. The tree trunk then starts to glow upward, thus gaining in potential energy again.
