美國人講”what are you doing?”

我睇電影成日都聽到佢地講"what are you doing?"
講到好似"what do you doing?"咁
其實佢地係咪將what are講成whata
佢地既oral eng既"what are you doing?"

what do you doing <-( do=verb+ing=錯) <-------------- 錯;無呢個tense!!!
what +do + pronoun( you) + verb +ing form <--- WRONG!

通常佢地讀0個時會唔要個g音,結果後截讀成: do in (do:高音;in:低音).於是,成句就咁讀: wha tcha do in?

gotcha = got you ( I understand what you have said or I fooled you.)
How ya doin? = How are you doing?( How are you?)

I don't think it sounds like "what do you doing?"
when they speak "what are you doing?"
Their pronunciation is correct.
This is just your 錯覺.
I suggest you to work hard to improve your English listening skill.

What do you doing
Whatcha doing instead of what are you doing
咁咪 what you doing 囉
