Pizza
材料:
皮:中筋麵粉600公克、發酵粉5公克、鹽1小匙、砂糖2大匙、牛奶
杯、沙拉油2大匙、溫水1杯約42至44度c
餡:蕃茄醬適量、Pizza起士80公克、臘腸、火腿、德國香腸、洋蔥、青椒適量
作法:
1.先中筋麵粉及鹽拌勻,攪拌成一麵團。
2.將砂糖溶於溫水後倒入發酵粉,靜待5分鐘,再加牛奶、沙拉油拌勻。
3.將(1)加(2)揉勻成一麵團放入盆裡,並蓋上濕毛巾,待發酵約30分鐘,再將皮橄開
4.將皮抹上蕃茄醬,加入臘腸、火腿、德國香腸洋蔥、青椒最後灑上起司絲放入烤箱。
5.烤200度,12分鐘即可。

Filling :
- Tomato sauce
- Pizza cheese 80g
- Sausage
- Ham
- Wurst (Dutch sausage)
- Onion
- Green pepper
Method :
1. Mix plain flour and salt
2. Dissolve sugar in warm water. Add in yeast, stand for 5 minutes. Add in milk and salad oil. Mix.
3. Mix 1 and 2. Knead into a dough, put the dough into a pot. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rise for 30 minutes.
4. Spread tomato sauce on flour base. Add sausage, ham, wurst, onion and green pepper. Sprinkle cheese on top.
5. Put in 200 degrees preheated oven for 12 minutes.
