Reading an English book or watching an English movie can help you to learn English while entertaining yourself. Choose a book of your interest and read it more than once, then you can learn the grammar and vocabulary more. When watching an English movie, try not to look at the subtitle. Don't choose courtroom dramas as it have a lot of dialogues, and you can easily miss a good portion of the major storyline. Choose something like an adventure or action movie that would allow you to pay attention to the language as well as the storyline.
