1.“Please be KINDLY informed” 同埋“I APPRECIATE YOUR KIND ATTENTION” 係禮貌0既講法,常見於大部份0既商業書信.我建議你加入呢d禮貌詞.我相信收email 0既人係0個班高級經理(即係開會0既人).佢地職級比你高,用辭一定要以禮貌為原則.
2. 如果“Senior Managers’ Meeting”唔係你公司0既專有用詞,我建議你改為“Senior Manager Meeting”. “Senior Manager”係一個形容詞詞組,用來形容“Meeting”.形容詞詞組係唔應該有+s呢d名詞特徵.
3. 另外,注意“Senior Manager Meeting”係會議名稱,應該第1個字母用大草.

I would say the following:

Dear All,

Please be informed that venue of Thursday's Senior Managers'; Meeting has been changed to FUNCTION ROOM NO.3 (instead of Function Room No.6).

(You either bold or put in upper case for the new venue, so that it will draw people's attention to the change.
