BUYING OFFICE IN CHINA-TAX?

如果一間BUYING OFFICE 在中國, 收入只是得母公司每個月匯給這間公司用作一般的開支, 那這間中國公司要報稅嗎? 如要,是甚麼稅(營業稅)?稅率是? 報稅也是以季度報嗎?

1. 由於你是辦事處,你是會以支出百分之十為營業稅及企業所得稅之計稅基礎。如果收5%營業稅同24%企業所得稅,咁你稅率會係29%。
2. 各地對唔同行業會有唔同處理。稅率統一後,地方官員對法例執行上仲係有偏差,所以要有一個當地的稅務代表幫你係少不免,唔係慳埋唔夠俾罰款。
3. 稅務可以季度上報,但如果有番咁上下規模就會月報,都係俾專業人士跟進好啲!

seems the license you apply should be "representative office"
Representative office can conduct procurement for the parent company but cannot conduct sales in China.
Since the office does not generate revenue nor GP, the China government counts 10% of your expense as "profit" and charge you "operating tax".
