I need to know what videocard is better between these two, 9600 GT or radeon HD 4650. I am going to be doing gaming.

the 9600gt is better. I should mention you need to make sure it is compadible with your current system if your replaceing one.

well for the price youll pay for the 9600gt you can get a hd4830 which far far out performs it.
