You can order chopped steak for $14.95(cheapest on menu) and have a baked potato for just $7.25.

I've never had a bad meal at Gibson's, although I prefer Gene and Georgetti's.

Go to the Outback Steak House in Gurnee. It's by six flags and just south of the mall. Lone Star Steak House up there is also good. Don't know a place in downtown Chi town.

If you really want good steak, you have to move to Texas like we did.
