ive heard rumors that a new series was going to start in 2009. do you have any links to any sites that say there will be a new season ?

there is not going to be more inuysha sorry but there is a OVA called Black Tessaiga out thats the last i heard

Eh... I wish! I heard they were going to make a show entirely about the Band of Seven. In my opinion, not quite as exciting :)

No, Inu-Yasha has 167 episodes, the series had ran from 2000 to 2004.
