Deed of Matual Covenant

This is the Deed signed by first owners of that piece of property as mutually agreed on the usage and the terms binded by them and all subsequents owners from assignment. Hence, other subsequent buyers/owners are binded by these terms in the Deed of Mutual Covenant and no need to insert this new owner's name and make a change in the DMC.
