one or two out of ten - Suppose there are ten green crabs, only one or two green crabs are filled with this creamy-like golden liquid. In other words, it is not common.很少有, 很罕見

at once means 立刻
e.g. When I heard my mother screaming, I went to her room at once to find out what happened.
