offer

Anoffer is an expression but one person of a group of persons, made toanother, of a willingness to be bound to contract with other person orpersons, on terms which are either certain or capable of being madecertain.

ACCETANCE ，當然就係接受OFFER

解釋一下搭的士過程中司機和乘客的角色關係
要知道，的士有分8折的士及跳標的士

咁所以有D人，會係上車時，問的士司機。
睇吓有冇折(平D)。

情況1：折扣的士
折扣的士，有D係打電話CALL，有D係上車之前問。

咁如果係個客給個價的士司機，就會係OFFER。
司機接受就係ACCEPTANCE。

當然，不接受就是counter offer

2) 的士是定價收價
按標收費

乘客一早知道的士收費，已經知道OFFER，一上車就知道做緊幾錢。
