這是否結構混亂，令讀者莫名其妙呀？
再者，令你「最」快樂的事情應該只有一件，而不是兩件或以上，
若果直接把你的意思翻譯成英文，就會變成不倫不類的文章了！

小弟建議發問者每次問有關中譯英或英譯中的問題時，
盡量確定文章在文法上和結構上沒有問題，層次分明，
觀點明確，否則恐怕會變成不倫不類笑話百出的文章了！

此外，發問者的文章很多時會存在一些模糊地帶，模凌兩可。
舉個例，你說：「不管上年好與壞...」，我不知道你的好與壞的
定義是指哪一方面，工作上？學業上？還是生活上？
所以我只好譯成 "No matter what I experienced and what my performance
was in the last year ..."
請注意絕對不能直譯！
否則就會譯成不知所謂的英文了：
"No matter it was good or bad in the last year..."
莫講話洋人看不懂，
就算精通中英文的中國人也未必看得懂這句不倫不類的英文。

基於中西文化差異，這種模凌兩可在中文上可能沒有問題，
但直譯成英文後就大有問題了！
所以不能直譯！這亦是翻譯的學問和藝術。
