如果 業主遲了交材料 另工作延遲 那有沒有違返合同?
工作差一項才能完工 但業主不肯裝上他們應負責之家俱而另工作不能完成 不能收尾數 有沒有違返合同?

2. 如果你係因為業主遲交傢俱，咁佢係在訂明完工期前幾時俾你？正常情況下可唔可以如期完工？
3. 你同業主嘅問題應該係商業糾紛，而外人無牽涉在過程中係好難話邊個啱，最好搵律師。
4. 佢係自己拒絕埋尾你就計番個手尾從總數後剔除，餘額就問佢收。
5. 工程一般有保證金，唔知佢係唔係扣呢條數？

It sounds like the owner is liable.
Usually in this case (unless there is specified in the contract), the owner must reasonably provide necessary resources for fulfilling the contract. Since his failure has already constituted to a breach of contract. So the finish date will not effective as well.
