關於FAT32 AND NTFS

According to the following Microsoft article, the convert utility will convert from Fat32 to NTFS without deleting the files. However, certain programs may not work in NTFS. You are responsible for finding out if you have such programs before converting. This problem is not related to the convert utility, but the NTFS file system compatibility with FAT32.

Also, even though convert converts Fat32 to NTFS without deleting data, Microsoft suggests users to BACKUP the data on the disk before the conversion.

Furthermore, while convert retains data while converting from FAT32 to NTFS, users cannot convert from NTFS back to FAT32 using the same utility. The partition must be formatted (i.e. erased) and data transferred back.
