國中英文文法問題(有挑戰性)

1.請問什麼是形容詞子句??
老師都沒講過 看講義也看不太懂

回答：形容詞子句就是含有關係代名詞（如who, whose…, whom, which, that）的一個句子，被附加在一個主要的句子裡，用來形容那個主要句子裡的某個名詞。
例如：(主要句子) I remember the house.
為了要進一步說明清楚house時，就可以動用形容詞子句。
(加上形容詞子句) I remember the house which they lived in for ten years.


2. i remember the house _______ they lived for ten years.
為啥不能用which ??? 為啥要用where??
我不知道什麼時候要填關係副詞耶~~~

回答：要瞭解這一題，要把問題１先弄懂。先講一下，住在某房子裡，英文是live in the/a house。因為 live是不及物動詞，要先加介系詞 in，才可以接上house等名詞。
所以問題1裡，形容詞子句中的 live後面要加 in。
又因為 in 可以往前移，移到關係代名詞（which）的前面，就變成下面兩個相等的句子。
I remember the house which they lived in for ten years.
= I remember the house in which they lived for ten years.
講到這裡，就可以說明何時可以用關係副詞了。
因為：介系詞 + 一般名詞 = 副詞 　 介系詞 + 關係代名詞 = 關係副詞
所以 in which（介系詞+關係代名詞）指地方，等於 where（關係副詞）
第2題你可以塡 in which 或者 where


3. i want to buy the house ________________________.
a. which with five big rooms.
b. that is next to david's.
(答案是B 為什麼= =) 我挑A耶= = 我實在想不通A哪裡錯= =

回答：a.漏掉了動詞 is，必需是 "which is with five big rooms" 才對。
既然是形容詞子句，當然必需是完整的句子，不能沒有動詞呢！
以後你們會學到形容詞子句裡，字詞的省略，省了 is 的話，which 也一定要省略，最後只留下 "with five big rooms"，但是就不叫做子句，而叫做片語。

4. 請問為什麼無生命的東西可以用have/has呢??
e.g. the chairs which __________ three legs look funny.
a.have
b.with
答案是~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~A耶~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

回答：在特殊情況下，沒生命的東西，還是可以用have/has的。先說明幾種簡單情形。
情況1：所提到的兩個標地物連成一體的時候（你可以說一張椅子或桌子有四隻腳，但不可以說一張桌子有四把椅子）。
情況2：有抽象連結時，也可以說have/has，像一個國家擁有許多人才、物質…等。

請注意它是說[形容詞]喔~形容詞當然是來修飾名詞 : )
就拿第二句:i remember the house where they lived for ten years.
後面的where they lived for ten years.
是用來來幫助[形容]the house
怎麼樣的房子呢~他們住再裡面已經有十年的房子

因為後面的live當居住時，為不及物動詞，後面要加一個介係詞 句子才會完整。　
就如 sleep,　
I sleep on the bed. 我睡[在]床上。 (o)
I sleep the bed. 我睡床= = (x)
重點來嚕，一般來說動詞的介係詞會調換到關代前面
而 live in 的 in 就吊到前面變成 in which
in which 可以寫成where
原句:i remember the house which they lived in for ten years.
現在:i remember the house where they lived for ten years.

關係代名詞有連接詞的功能，幫助兩句話合在一起
選A的話，後面沒就有動詞嚕

你看喔～
如果要選A的話 which要加 is
原句為I want to buy the house. + The house is with five big rooms.
合起來變成 I want to buy the house which is with five big rooms.

所以B才對喔,有動詞(beV) (這邊關代為主格)

這題跟第三題一樣喔~
後面要有動詞才完整
the chairs which __________ three legs look funny.
a.have b.with
The chairs are with three legs.
The chairs look funny.
合起來:The chairs which are with three legs look funny.
(這邊關代為主格)

文法上來說A 才會對 ，不過用have的話 的確是錯誤的觀念
無生命不能使用擁有~ 兩個答案來比的話 A 文法才正確
硬要用的話，就There are three legs with the chair.或題目說的嚕
