年廿八, 年廿九等其實是農曆新年前的日子, 是春節的一部份, 所
以英文可以用 "新年前第幾天" 來表達. 因為在英文裡也有 "3rd
day before Chistmas / 2nd day before Christmas" 的用法.

Sometimes, in a lunar year, there is no 30th day in the 12th month. So you cannot say that it is the day before the last day(30th) of the last month of the lunar year.
