I think they are both incredible fighters and since they both only have the ability to fight hand to hand its going to be a tough call, but i think Soi Fon would win. She has suzembachi which is her zanpaktou (the thing she wears on her arm) and when she stabs someone with it's blade twice then they ultimetley die. This would be a great fight to see however because I think Rock Lee would have some secrets up his sleeve as well.:-P

i think Soi Fon would win....it might be a close call...but its gonna be Soi Fon.....she has suzembachi...the two hit kill..is just powerful...but who knows what Lee will have...>.>

rock lee would win in a fight with neji because of his speed and determination neji may be able to use the byakugan to read his moves but just like rock lee s fight with sasuke if neji s body cant keep up with lee s speed what good does the byakugan do him rock lee is far faster than neji rock lee all the way

I think Soi Fon is a realy dangerous fighter b/c she can kill anyone in two hits with her special ability. But I think bushy brow will beat her even before she has a chance to take it out. Since their both hand to hand combat specialist, rock might have an advantage in that department, plus he has the gates, he's a ninja, and he's just way more cooler
