Can do heavy weight training if you want. Just work up gradually. Guess you have heard this myth that teens or growing boys should not work out. Pure myth with no factual basis at all-- our forefathers worked their butts off doing heavy manual labor, some starting when very young. Of course back then, they didn't have to exercise-- it was a way of life.

yeah for sure just do not do any weights that strain your back so basically do not lift anything above your head.

Yes, Of course!

Don't do anything too much, a few times a week, Not everyday.

Seeing as you are quite tall, I doubt it will effect you growth, You will still be growing anyway!

Good luck with the training and soccer.

Light weight of course as long as its not too strenous. but i know alot of people my age 14 who do some serious lifting. i dont see any shortness etc or whatever.. but to be safe go light but not 1 pound light
