C is the correct answer.

An egg and a perm form by meiotic cell divison. They are haploid(1N), which means that they have half amount of DNA of normal human cells(2N). It is to ensure the normal chromosome number(2N) of the zygote(fertilized egg) is restored after fertilization.

A mature red blood cell doesn't have nucleus. As DNA is stored inside the nucleus, red blood cell doesn't have DNA.

A liver cell is a normal human cells, therefore it has diploid(2N) number of chromosome. Chromosome is made up of DNA and protein molecules, so a liver cell will have the greatest amount of DNA among the 4 choices.
