the feeling of hearburn , 確信是可用作 metaphor, means a kind of painful feeling. 不一定硬耍冠以醫學上名詞用吧?

謝謝 chrystielam 之認同, 基本上中文與英文是兩種語言, 於一些地道用語之形容上, 翻譯如字字照字面上作譯 (literal translation), 會失去原句之神韻!
