點樣先可以張手機短片整光d同清d??

就好似人地d相好暗..要整番光佢就用Photoshop

咁短片有咩程式可以咁整嫁呢???

You can use Windows Movie Maker, it is come with window.

Under the Video Effects, you can find "Brightness, Increase".
