hi, my lips also crack and peel off a bit before; it's especially annoying when the weather is dry. I recommend u to use Kiehl's lip balm #1, take out a bit and then paste onto your lips whenever needed.

It 's quite moisturising and it doesn't cost much...abt HKD$60.
