How can I get my bf back?

Jokes that make fun of other people are pretty much always in bad taste.

You need to call him, or show up at his house or somewhere you know you'll see him. Tell him you realize you were totally out of order, and he's made you think about your attitude, and that you've changed it. Thank him for bringing it to your attention, apologize again. And then the ball is in his court.

Some things cant be mended so easily. You don't appear to be remorseful for what you said...only self pity for yourself as you have lost your boyfriend.
Perhaps if you apologise again....sincerely, he may come around eventually, but perhaps this will teach you to think before you speak ill of others.

Be honest, tell him you were wrong, and apologize, most importantly, look into his eyes when you say sorry and you like him a lot.
Hold his hands, tell him you will never do it again. give him kiss on his cheeks after you said sorry and your feelings for him, then hold his hands and look into his eyes again, see what he will do next.

If he still likes you, surely he will hug you back or ask you back out or something.
If he still says no, tell him you will wait and let him know you mean it!
