= (3 x 25)^2 - (9 x 12)
= (3)^2(25)^2 - (9 x 12)
= (9 x 625) - (9 x 12)
= 9(625 - 12)

108 = 2*6*3*3

75^2-108 = 3^2(625 - 12) = 3^2(613) = 3*3*613

613 must be prime, because 625 and 12 have no more common factors, so that is the complete factorization.

You can take out a 9: from 75 and 108:
