Because of word limit, I cannot quote your words in my answer. I hope this arrangement will make my answer accessible to you.

This is asked because people can slightly agree, agree, largely agree or absolutely agree. You must make yourself clear your STAND, at the beginning of your text.
I suggest you not to be absolute (so that you can sound more neutral and less biased), but take a relatively reasonable stand (so that you will not be accused of remaining totally neutral 騎牆). If I were you, I would have begun that with something like this:
“The speedy development of technology has made technology an indispensable part of our lives, from housework-doing robots and bullet trains to Octopus cards and even emails. Every day we are at home, on streets, in schools or at work, we are prompted to handle daily tasks with computers. Therefore, I agree that soon people who cannot work with computers will be disavantaged.”

This type of article is asking you to remain completely neutral, to talk about BOTH the pros and cons of that idea. You should not take a stand, by detailing only the advantages, and scribbling the disadvantages, or vice versa. You do not have to opine because that is not important nor required in the question.

The question-setter obviously agrees that “people can learn from hobbies”. You have to agree with him, by providing specific reasons and evidence to support your statements.

Relax. You do not have to be an expert to tell the difference between a personal response and a critical essay. Read the question once and twice to grasp the main idea of the question, and you will know how to throw your ideas freely.
I hope this is of good help to you!
