Chinese Surnames......?
I'm wondering the following surnames in chinese fonts......Could anyone help me to translate them.
Ong, Eng, Ng, Toh, Goh, Teo, Tan, Yao, Wong, Tye, Lee, Wen, Wan, Ang, Loh, Sim, Koh,......

Those seems like Singaporean surnames, which may sound different from surnames used in Hong Kong, China, or Taiwan.

Eng, Ng = 伍, 吳
Yao = 尤, 丘
Wong = 王, 黃, 汪
Lee = 李, 黎 (in Mandarin)
Wen = 溫
Sim = 單
Tan = 譚, 鄧 (Deng in Mandarin, Tang in Cantonese)

That's all I can think of...

My chinese language chum as quickly as advised me that the character of their surname capacity that they belong to the comparable ancestors, some time past long long term in the past in Chipronunciationnciation does no longer mean comparable character.
