Is this a good deal for a Lexus IS250?

So this is IS250 without AWD correct? And when you say basic, do you mean with no NAV or Mark Levinson? If so, $29K is too much. In this economy, you can do much better and with such low miles and a 2008, the dealer CPO is a waste.

Basic warranty is 4yr or 50000 miles, while powertrain is 6/70000 miles, so CPO means nothing to you because it's 3 years/100,000 total miles, of which you will use nothing because you're under basic warranty and powertrain

For this vehicle, I would say $24K out the door and get ready to walk like someone else said. It's not a good deal at $29K.

i don't think it's worth it. the 6 % is decent though. for 29,000 you can get a es 350 or gs 350 for around that price. i'd shop around a little more.

It's not too bad. The lowest Lexus IS350 on autotrader.com is $26,990 before taxes. You are basically buying it for 27k plus fees to be at $29,000 out the door. I would say buy the car at $24k-25k plus fees. The guy saying ripoff is dumb, since we have no clue what options are on the car. Go to Edmunds.com and select your zip code and select options on the car. I looked on edmunds.com and an automatic with NO options are going for $24k-28K. The $28,000 is a certified Lexus. Go there (edmunds.com) and price it out and go to autotrader.com and see what the lowest one is selling at. If you can get to 24-25,000 plus fees, I think you did good. If you get it at $24,000, out the door will be $25,780. Now remember, Edmunds.com is market value, meaning what they are selling for, not asking price like Kelly Blue Book. Good luck!!
