1.先按插入,後按圖片

2.選出你要的圖

3.按插入

4.make 張圖的大小 變成個位的大小

5.右 click 幅圖(移到最下面)

or use slide master

Right Click on 空位 of the slide that you want to make the picture as背景, then click『背景格式』select background as 『圖片』, then select your picture, click 『確定』.
