2. During January, many cars got stucked on thier driveway or on the street, due to unusually heavy snow fall, and the lack of equipment or experience to deal with the situation.
3. Since such heavy snow was not expected, the govenment did not have enough snow-ploughs or salt-trucks to clear the roads, making driving very dangerous, and causing many accidents.
4. Since the roads are covered with ice and snow, the driving condition was very poor, people chose to stay home, so restaurents, shops and entertainment businesses were negatively affected.
