IDE:好處: N/A
壞處: 慢, 條線太肥->影響機箱空氣流動=減低散熱效能
SATA:
好處: 快, 幼->唔會太影響機箱空氣流動
壞處: 如果係裝XP 開左AHCI要另外用隻floppy 去裝個driver 比windows load 黎用

IDE is old generation technology.
SATA is better than IDE. Faster data transfer rate.
