例如公司產品銷量久佳,支出大於收入.又或者公司賺取的大部份是非現金(應收賬),但支出用較多現金(租金, 人工,買貨)便會出現

A lot of money is being tied up in the Trade Receivables. Hence, you receive less cash but have to pay off the amount due to Trade Creditors. So, a net outflow of fund.
