Even if they don't show up onscreen, being that they all exist in the world created by Pokemon, and being that another organism has to come from some other organism in some way, they all had to have some sort of father in order to exist. Though their fathers are never shown in the Pokemon series, they all have to have fathers for the aforementioned reasons.

Well obviously they all have fathers. Whether or not they are ever mentioned or are living is a completely different story. That's assuming they were real life people too of course. So I'll go with A) True. Everyone has a father. Whether it be by a random sperm donor, a deceased lover or a deadbeat dad. EVERYONE has a father.
