I think :
1. The priest has set up a very bad example for other people. The priest is not faithful to God. However, the teenager (the victim) is not guilty (I think) because he does not commit crime on purpose.
2. God is lenient and he will not punish those who do not believe him. According to Catholic Faith, those 'who have no chances to recognise God' or those 'who refuse to recognise God due to bad behaviours of other people' are not guilty. Those people who set bad examples are guilty.
3. One must be faithful to God and always pray for a correct way of life. Though that experience is a sad one, the victim still can lead to a worthwhile and meaningful life.
4. God is just and fair. He is lenient for frank confession but severe punishments will be made on those who remain stubborn.
Hope the above can help you solve your problems.
