Though I haven't tried it myself (my baby is not due until July), I have seen friends sending their babies/kids to language groups to learn different languages. Kids do learn fast, but the problem is, with all the different languages, they get them all mixed up. One of my friend's kid can't say a sentence in one complete language. He would break up the sentence into 4 different languages. For example, a simple sentence like "the car is red" becomes "the voiture is hong-sik" because he doesn't understand that "voiture" is the French of "car" and "hong-sik" is the Chinese of "red-colored". All he remembers is voiture and hong-sik.
I'd say it's ok to expose your baby to foreign languages, but it's best to wait till s/he has managed one language before introducing another.
