如果你要 formal 的說法, 如寫作的話, 用skewer比較好.
如你覺得skewer太難發音, 那用 stick 都可以.
"A string of fishball" 想是香港英文吧 :-)
"A splint of fishball", splint is 薄木條;藤條, 夾板...etc. 我沒聼過. 很新鮮!

coz it uses a stick to connect those fish ball ma....
