=400*(1+20%)(1-25%)
=360

The percentage loss
=(360-400)/400*100%
=-10%

=8*1.1
=8.8 cm
The area of the new circle
=π(8.8)^2
=77.44π cm^2
(b)
The percentage increase in the area of the circle
=(77.44-64)π/64π*100%
=21%

The new price
=80*(1+20%)
=96

=96*(1-20%)
=76.8
