如果我想話個邊有廁所,我應該話
there is a toilet 還是there have a toilet呢?there is 和there have有甚麼分別呢?

You may say it in many differeny ways.
1) There is a toilet.
2) The john is over there. john( slang) = toilet
3) The washroom/water closet/ W C/ lavatory is right over there.

present perfect tense
there + have + been
- There have been events that should never be forgotten.
It means we should not forget the ( important) events ( that have occured).
events ( the important ones)
- There have been changes in my life.
( some changes in your life)
That's how we use" there have .....".

above is the correct example to say there is a toilet.

NO "there have" such thing
except there have been verb+ed etc pp tense

there have/has is totally translate chi to eng directly
