手槍彈9mm約300m/s至370m/s.
避唔避到就要睇距離同埋打D乜野.
例如狙擊手徒1000米外開槍,目標會有1秒多既時間走開.
如果係直升機等等更加可能係等幾秒先到.
M4用既係5.56 NATO子彈,初速約940m/s

1. all guns muzzle speed are differents, remember each gun also can has same size bullet but in different weight. so the speed also will be different.
2. hand gun normal speed is 1100 fps to 1600 fps.
2 1/2. nobody can intent to run for the bullet. hand gun or rifle. you didn't get hit just because you lucky.
5. 56mm muzzle speed is 3840 fps.
