i have a internet connection issue. when i go to connet to the internet internet explorer or anyother browers i use doesn,t want to work? my compaq v6000 seems to be connected but when i click the browers on it doesn,t want to load?? PLEASE HELP?

If you are using cable internet, then you may try resetting the ip address. Go to cmd (Accessories>Command Prompt) and type ipconfig /renewTry also restarting the modem (unplug and replug the electricity).

try unplugging your modem and/or your router for about 30 seconds then plug them back in. See if that works, otherwise contact your isp.
