3x + (3x - 1) + x
= 3x + 3x - 1 + x
= 6x - 1 + x
= 6x + x - 1
= 7x - 1

the perimeter of a triangle is a+b+c
3x+ (3x-1) + x
= 3x + (3x-1) + x.
= 3x + 3x-1 + x.
= 7x - 1.

It is A.

To get the perimeter of a triangle, just add the lengths of its sides.
So, perimeter = 3x + (3x-1) + x.
--> perimeter = 3x + 3x-1 + x.
--> perimeter = 7x - 1.

It is A.
