請各位大大告訴我

"I spoke to apoliceman that saw the accident"

這句話是啥麼意思??

"I spoke to a policeman that saw the accident"這樣的話，就是我跟那位目睹意外的員警交談。
如果是"I spoke to a policeman that I saw the accident"，這樣的話就是我跟員警說我目擊了意外事故。

這樣應該比較清楚了吧!

意思應該是我跟一個看到意外事件的警察說話

如果是我跟警察說我看到意外事件的話應該會是
I've told a policeman that I've saw the accident.

如果說是我跟警察在談意外事件那就會是
I've talked to a policema about the accident.

我告訴警察【這件事】→看到了意外事件
也就是發現了意外事件報警處理的意思
這裡的意外事件不一定單指車禍
也有可能是打群架或火災之類
